Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within a period of 1 to 2 business days.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order. Our liability ends once your order is shipped. The delivery time of your order depends entirely on USPS. Keep in mind the current situation of COVID, since orders may be delayed due to this.

Orders for which the customer has not paid for the tracking number or have been placed in a free shipping offer, cannot be claimed.

Delays in deliveries by USPS in no way imply cancellation of orders or refunds of money. JP Rijos does not control the delivery time.

Important - If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You are responsible for the costs of reshipping. This will delay the arrival of your order.

We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once handled by USPS. You will be responsible for making any claims directly to the USPS. JP Rijos will provide all necessary supporting information to file any claim.
